STS Logistics ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with drivers, owner-operators, and clients regarding our dispatch services. By opting in to this program, you agree to receive text messages from STS Logistics on your mobile device.

SMS messages from STS Logistics may include the following types of communications:

• Load Assignments: Notifications about available loads, load details, and booking confirmations
• Dispatch Updates: Status updates, changes to load assignments, and route information
• Appointment Reminders: Pickup and delivery appointment confirmations and reminders
• Driver Support: Assistance with issues during active hauls
• Paperwork Requests: Requests for required documents such as BOLs, PODs, or other paperwork
• Account Notifications: Important account-related updates and information

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from STS Logistics in any of the following ways:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and submitting it
• Verbally providing consent during a phone call with our dispatch team
• Signing a written agreement that includes SMS consent language
• Texting START or a designated keyword to our SMS number

By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your level of engagement with our dispatch services. Active drivers on assignment may receive multiple messages per day. During periods of inactivity, message frequency will be lower. We will only send messages that are relevant to your account and our services.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from STS Logistics. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. STS Logistics is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from STS Logistics at any time by using one of the following methods:

• Reply STOP — Text STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages.
• Contact Us Directly — Call us at 980-291-4430 or email onboard.sts@gmail.com to request removal from our SMS list.

Please note that opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to receive communications from us via email or phone calls.

7. Supported Carriers

8. Privacy of Your Mobile Number

We take the privacy of your mobile number seriously. We will never sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used exclusively for the dispatch-related communications described in this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

STS Logistics reserves the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
